Yeah... soaps are pretty much all very drying and irritating... I even found diluted herbal soap was increasing inflammation in my experience.

Just do yourself a favor and grab some saline solution or contact lease disinfectant. It's a lot more convenient and easy on the lips... spray it on, let it soak for 30 seconds and then rinse it off with water. Not to mention with soap you actually have to do some mild scrubbing which is also no good.
