A few weeks ago I developed a crack on the right side of my lower lip. It did not look like a fever blister nor cold sore. And it did not respond to large doses of l-lysine. The l-lysine normally knocks out a fever blister in 2 days. I had tried keeping the spot moist with olive oil to keep it from cracking open. Nothing I did seemed to give even a little sign of healing.

One day I thought of my castor oil treatments. I would rub castor oil on my lips several times a day. After the second day some of the tenderness was less and by the third day it was 75% healed. By the fourth day it was totally healed.

Castor oil is marvelous.............
