No tests here, but my question would be; are you ok, no health problems ? Then I would follow the docs advice, well, if that feels comfortable to you.

If, on the other hand; you are having health challenges; probably why you started Iodine in the first place ?
- then I would make a qualified choice; who to listen to, what to do next.

For all I know; testing myself would show sky high iodine. But I know it is out in a few days. I also know that tests frequently doesnt cure anything. Tests are in general made for medicals; not for supplementing on your own. If i must say; spesifically not made for supplementing on our own.

So, as always; I go to the core; wellbeing, temperature, energy, brain function etc. Then we are talking.
