I think I am getting sick and I forgot what amounts to take of the herbal stuff to fight it. I have Echinachea, Super Tonic, Snuff and Garlic. Can someone please send me the info or links that explain what to do when you start to feel sick? The main thing right now is congestion and feeling my sinus area getting stuffy. My hope is to stop this before it gets too bad!
