I love hearing stories like this. People need to understand that teeth can indeed heal with proper diet as well as good oral care.


Eating raw cheese has been part of my own dental healing journey. I also eat raw tahini. I take alfalfa and kelp tablets (also eat soaked seaweed), vitamin C, MSM and chlorella among other supplements.

I get raw cheese from the natural food store. Can you share how you make the raw goat cheese? Please? :-)
