Very sorry you are in pain. Have you tried oil pulling?
(See the oil pulling forum.) Oil pulling with olive oil is supposed to be especially healing. You could add a pinch of MSM powder for even more benefit.

I'm not sure what form of calcium is used in the topical calcium products from Dr. Manhart. I know he talks about using calcium hydroxide a lot in his dental practice. The products also contain zinc which is also a healing mineral.
