Kcirla: i got some organic goat yogurt from whole foods & this time i kept it outside for 36 hrs to ferment little extra. this time it didn't seem to hurt me at all. my daughter who also has allergies could tolerate small quantity! what a relief!!!!!! i always loved yogurt & know it's great for gut & my problem in particular. i needed this very badly. THANKS for suggesting this to me!!
