Hi! I was diagnosed by my naturopath as having candida (believe me it's something i did not want to diagnose myself with lol!) she used this thing called biomeridian stress testing which is able to identify lots of different things like food sensitivities , environmental sensitivities, pathogens, functioning of endocrine system etc. It showed i have candida :\

I'm still working with her now but only see her once every 3 weeks.. she hasn't helped me too much besides giving me a general candida diet and extremely expensive supplements so I've been trying to figure things out for myself.. it's difficult, but i think if i manage to figure out a way to repair my digestion things will get much better! I might be seeing a chinese medicine doctor soon as well and i've been mostly following the appropriate diet for my dosha too
