You are trying to add the probiotics to attack the candida. Good thinking but there may be a better way. I would suggest Bentonite to remove the candida and acids from the colon. I would suggest an alkaline diet and a Colon Cleanse using the Bentonite along with psyllium for at least a a month or longer depending on your condition and the state of health you are in. It could take a year or longer. Be patient. juicing would also be an excellent way to invigorate, cleanse and alkalize.
