Thanks for ur reply :) I'm not really expecting quick results or anything just hoping for some kind of results.. I only started having any symptoms at all not too long ago so I'm just wondering why it would be so difficult just to digest even a bowl of soup..

The weird thing is though that there was a few days where my digestion completely improved.. no bloating, no gas, no undigested food or anything.. but then it suddenly all just came back! i didn't change my diet or anything since then except for adding in kefir after avoiding dairy for about 3 months.. :\ i thought i didn't have an intolerance to dairy because of an intolerance test i took but who knows maybe i do

Thanks for mentioning the ileocecal valve by the way I'll look into that too!
