neither.(if you meditate, you know no one else can/needs to save you.)

I'm interested in the CEs,and why you'd be wanting to do them every day, if you are, as you say, healthy. If you don't want to share, that's fine. But I think transparency is good all around, about what people are doing when they are water-only fasting. It's a big help for readers to get a bigger view of the whole process.(Lots of times people read these threads later, and never post. I take the long view.) As Chris acknowledges, the CEs have a place, in chronic and ill health. . ."end stage" illness.

Genuinely curious--I like to learn
