Great site here BUT!!!!!
All the advice, all the remedies, potions, Yule Gibbons type DIETS that no one could keep up for very long (IMHO), concoctions,methods of taking various combinations etc... yet you all are still here suffering from Candida.
Two years ago I about lost it from Shingles. That disease has a new definition-INSIDIOUS. Now I see Insidious being applied equally if not more so to Candida.
Yes I am frustrated!!
If you wise folks here- and I do commend you for being wise in doing all you can to get healthy-can't beat this bugger doing everything traditional wisdom says to do yet still suffer, it just looks bad.
Those that claim to have beaten it-often offer a remedy/ regimen that sounds downright definitive. So did snake oil sales pitches.

Can someone please list definitive cures that does not force me to eat pine trees or wipe myself with poison oak leaves?
I am taking 4 drops of certified Oil of Oregano a day, Tablespoon of Coconut Oil twice a day, Vitamin b-12 (1000 mg a day), 1000mg Vitamin C a day, TRYING to eat well but get outraged when I hear that one food is good for Candida but is contra-indicated for just about anything else. Heard a little about Eat Fat Lose Fat-huh? If fat is burnt off does it not turn to sugar/energy and possibly get re-absorbed? Nothing is making sense with diet. Add in pH level chat and you are sure to be confused.
I am not criticizing any one here, just suffering and mad that there is no consensus to beat Candida NOW, fast without starving. Surely there has to be a way to moderate and compensate for diet and other environmental ills like with water being inundated with Antibiotics .

The Italian Dr. with baking soda sounds like he has a good treatment idea, but it makes me wonder no one seems to be collaborating with him. When you get right down to it, the American Medical Association has let us all down with more than incompetency-it is actually violating the Hippocratic oath bu prescribing pharma-pills that will cause side effects,such as death and Candida. Throw in surgeries to excise something, not because they address the cure, just the symptom and you will be highly impressed-NOT. Best failure of the A.M.A. I have witnessed? Pain management. They will give you morphine, dilaudid, Oxycontin, and Vocodins all day long IF you have the right homo-HMO health care. Big whupp, Vocodin causes constipation-great! Plugged up buttochal regions are really good for growing Candida HUH!
Sorry to rant like this but something needs to be done.
