Hi Gamer,

I took down what definitely looked like extremely aggressive melanoma some 16 years ago with an alcohol patch. It grew from nothing to a purple, soft raisin size during 4 days. I had no interest in medical treatments as I could imagine what would follow. I did some fast thinking and decided to inhibit whatever cause may have been with alcohol. It developed on the outside of my leg next to my knee and I made a pocket from a piece of soft plastic (garbage bag) and taped it over the bugger bottom and sides, placed a piece of a paper towel inside the pocket as a loose compress and kept it soaked with whiskey. I kept adding whiskey during the daytime about every hour. I refilled it fresh for the night and taped it on top and sealed till the next morning. I kept it on for 4 days. Pretty strong pain surging through my leg before I started this disappeared during the first day of treatment and after four days this thingie shrunk some an became a hard purplish marble about the size of a large pea grain. Ever since it is slowly shrinking and today it is a size of a small lentil and pinkish. All I have to do now is keep dogs away, as some tend to bite it off.
