I know. I did try the gluten-freen diet for about 3 weeks, but my lips were still peeling. It could have been because I needed the steroid cream to see faster results. Anyway, that is really why I stopped= seeing no results with all the difficulty of storing fresh foods here. Now that someone else saw results within a couple months, I really want to focus on this diet asap.
