hmm, coffee enemas almost every day? Even though you are, as you say, very healthy? Why, pray tell? That sounds like an addiction, if you will forgive (what sounds like)a judgment call. Don't get me wrong. I understand their use in cases of illness, and within the Gerson protocol, the "Incurables Program" of Schulze, etc.

Are you saying you also use coffee enemas when water fasting?

That sounds like travelling in two boats, as it were, and when water-only becomes something added, it is no longer a "water fast". Thus, the CEs might actually be a source of depletion, (or at the least, a form of force, or purging) through their acting at cross-purposes with a WF.
