your welcome, your symptoms...the chills and die off, use some teas, green tea with lemmongrass, maybe yerba mate,dissolve some brown sugar in hot water if you need sweetner, the yerba is earthy tasting.. use double tea bags you can brew them twice, if you want...make it a ritual, stand near that steaming teapot and smell, feel the warmth of your brewing tea,,,4 minutes of bliss...it is good for your mind and body... i think the teas work or maybe it is just the ritual..

i have a great deal of trouble, when i come near the soap and detergent isle at the supermarket, i almost pass out, so i got interested, in making and using soaps and detrergents.. the real key, i found, if it is in your laundry room, it is on every piece of cloth that gets washed. some of this cloth, has constant contact with skin, and i question, the ability of the rinse cycle to remove all of the things, such as fragrance,caustics,binders, and who knows what ever else is in the detergents..laundry detergent is easy to make, and you know what is in it.
