If I always drank 2 cups of milk day after day my whole life and stopped it just before getting CE, is worth trying drink some milk again and see what happens

I think my friends is more easy think in some nutrient overdose, like vitamin A overdose, calcium overdose, somethings like that than a lack of substances.
