Okay, so I finally found young coconut in Whole Foods - they are apparently already peeled - I've always seen them, but never knew what they were - they only had one left so I will wait til tomorrow -

But where do you get your toasted coconut butter? I couldn't find that tonight-

And is kefir starter the same as yogurt starter?
