My body asked me nicely for a Water Fast in the very beginning of my cold. But I ignored it, because I was into my gym training so much. I went for a two-hour workout with weights, and as a result my body started screaming and cursing me. What a headache it was!

I actually have to talk to my body to find out if it really wants water-only fast. I was already on freshly-squeezed carrot and apple juice fast, but my headaches wouldn't stop even with coffee enemas! I swear that the moment I told my body - actually wrote in my journal - that I start my water fast, my horrible headache stopped! Call it psychosomatic, I don't care. I don't want to argue with my body anymore. Somehow, it wants to take me on a 40-days water-only fast. I'll see if it can withstand that.

I don't believe in theories, but I believe in listening to my body and talking to it. It might sound crazy, but it works for me. I am a great follower of my body, big fan, and a good friend of that amazing miraculous system.
