It is my personal experience. I was at death's door, desperate to get better, so I tried water fasting. I went downhill terribly fast, and this wasn't cleansing reactions, it was pure toxemia to a point that my life was in danger. So I chose to juice fast on freshly extracted vegetable juices, among many other things. And things turned out the good way.
