To be very honest, on 2nd days of full fasting (on urine & water alone) I felt very hungry, like starving, got that 'body began to cry' feeling so I broke it by consuming 200ml of fresh coconut water. It is very hard to follow the strict UT diet :( I am gonna try again to see how long I can stay on full diet. It needs tremendous will power. I guess we can build the will power for this over time (?)
