Yeah longterm that's what I really don't understand.

You have known that you have celiac for a long time now but you never seem to want to start your diet. You always seem to have some bad excuse that's really not an excuse haha.

Obviously it's your choice, but it just doesn't make sense. For someone who is so active on here and seems to want to cure this, I would think you would want to jump on the diet right away.

Also I finally got my celiac and h. Pylori tests yesterday.

As for milk, it's actually not as good for you as everyone thinks. Humans actually have some problems digesting cows milk.
