I'm currently following the ant-candida diet as best as possible (no sugar, dairy, yeast, etc.)

Can I ask why you don't believe in the bromide theory? I'm just curious because there seems to be quite a bit of widespread knowledge on the subject and the nature of bromide detoxing coincides with what has been going on with me. And since I have done cleansing quite extensively, I don't really understand why my liver and kidneys would be so taxed with candida and parasites.
