Kcirla: I practiced UT for 2 weeks in February & it didn't do anything significant for me also but then I realized that I was not doing it properly. I then ordered the book "Start Your Own Medical Practice" & decided to do the proper way of UT fasting. It's been 3 days on strict fasting/diet practice & I am beginning to notice the effects. I'm convinced & quite confident that this is going to work for me very well within the next 30-50 days.

BTW, I did try juice-fasting in the past with probiotics. It didn't work for me. I'm not saying that this practice doesn't work for anybody ... I'm only saying that it didn't work for me or I didn't do it right.
