It is really hard to help those people who do not understand how they are hurting themselves. My parents and my siblings suffer from many health problems brought on by the excessive consumption of toxic processed foods. It does not matter what I say, they make excuses and do not consider giving them up. I don't think I will ever be able to help them if they have not listened so far.

It is different when someone really wants to get better and is willing to take actions to achieve that goal. With the right information, they can transform their health.
