For Herpes put an ice cube on the sore or even where you think there is going to be a sore, long enough until it gets kind of numb but not too long to hurt the skin. Repeat when you feel the tingling or pain. I think some how this makes the virus stop replicating though it goes back into hiding. I think it would be better to take the mms or antiviral internally because the virus is being released internally too. For any virus I like a combo of L-lysine, vitamin C, calcium/magnesium, vitamin K and vitamin D.
