Many can not stop smoking or eating junk food. I find it hard to understand how people can not do something to save their one and only life. I know people that abuse themselves with tobacco,soda,junk food all day every day and talk about how bad it is and just keep doing it daring death to take them, then when they do get sick say, oh why me. I once knew a man that had a triple by pass and was told to stop drinking and smoking. He felt great so he continued drinking like a fish and chain smoking until his heart stopped in his sleep. He had plenty of warning but refused to heed the messenger of death. He failed to listen to his body or his doctors.He was 62. I knew another the same way except he had a huge fat gut that he used to dump huge amounts of garbage food into and then smoked like crazy. He would go home sit in front of his TV and drink beer, smoke and do drugs until one day he just dropped dead when he got a slight case of the flu. He was 44. I can understand some people refuse to correct a situation. People in my family were and are the same way and I have watched them die unable to help those that flat out refuse to help themselves no matter how much you ask.The SAD diet is bad enough but when you add tobacco and alcohol to it its an early death sentence.
