I want to try a Water Fast but I'm in menopause, do you know of any contraindications to Water Fasting during menopause? I have no unusual symptoms, even hot flashes are rare, but my abdominal fat has increased a lot in the past couple years, very frustrated with it. I understand this is a common menopausal symptom as hormones shift and change and disappear. LOL.

Anyway, good luck, I'll be following you on the forum and maybe joining in. :)
