what kind of anaethetics? I am having 2 left wisdom teeth out ( one cracked so necessary -bottom left - and top left same time )

would be grateful for any wisdom on this subject. have had alot of dental work. 50ish single mom hoping to take care of what I've got! brush, floss, oil pull. just not sure if I need to have BOTH wisdom's pulled
