Beets are the great liver and blood cleanser, and carrots have many benefits as well. People have cured terminal disease just by drinking these vegetables and nothing else for days and weeks until the blood is cleansed and the acids are flushed away. You never ever read about it because natural health does not have a PR department to contact the corrupted, ignorant, and drug influenced press.
