I've managed to pick up my first proper cold/flu in nearly 2 years - a result of poor nutrition, sleep and clothing choices over the weekend.

Now, its effected my respiratory tract. Is there anyway to inhale Iodine droplets to improve my RT?

Simple as Lugols in hot water? Or did I read something about the droplets being too big?

P.S. this isn't purely selfish post - this flu virus is making its way around my family this week like clockwork.
