How do you feel appart from the skin problem?
Lugol's is a very potent antifungal and antibacterial. You could have wiped out beneficial bacterias in the process and allowed fungus to take over (like an Antibiotic would do), even though Lugol's kills some of the fungus. But fungus becomes resistant to anything extremly fast. Your Acne could very well be linked to the toxins the fungus produces. People often heal from Acne following an anti-candida strategy. Also, if you have acne, the liver has to be taken care of. Clean liver = clean blood = no acne
