Ancient chinese secret, ginger tea
does not always work depending on if it is wind heat or wind cold but your local herbalist can knock it out if it sets in. Sometimes lots of garlic works too but again it depends on the nature of the bug if it is a hot nature garlic ( hot) will make it worse. Most my success has been with ginger
