This lady that sits next to me at work has the nastiest cough I have ever heard, but she is coming to work anyway. She's been like this for three days, so I began to fast yesterday on lemon juice (I had some lemons at work) and I'm taking several drops of OOO per day. I think I'm on the right track, but does anyone have any other suggestions as to not catchin this heinous cough? I am very succeptible to lung problems, and that is why I am worried! Thank you! Oh, and I'm sitz bathing too.
