When you say you drink 2 oz, do you mean 2 oz of the total mixture, which is 1/4 bentonite? Or do you mean 2 oz of just the bentonite, with 6 oz water added?

Do you get the Bentonite that comes hydrated in a bottle? Is that already the correct ratio of Bentonite to water? Or do you hydrate it yourself?

Sorry to be peppering you with questions... I just wanna get my process right! :)
