Goodcalluk, good to see you mate and glad you made some progress. Just to clarify, was it more than one girlfriend with this condition? And have you talked with her about it -- could you figure out if she did ANY picking or biting of chapped lip skin? And how long has she had inflamed lips and/or hyperkeratinization of the lips?

I have been with a few people during the last 6 years of the condition and none has gotten it, although a new person I'm seeing does have dry lips which sometimes crack and bleed if she doesn't keep them moisturized. She lives in a very dry climate.
