OH you know I for got to mention that I just had my yearly physical and I asked the Dr to re-check my ANA and again it's negative, but with the specialist keeps coming back positive. I dont know why or what in the world is going on. Both of the labs are known to be good labs. Last year my Vit-D was 68.3 and at that time I was taking beween 6000-8000 IU's, and now that I'm only taking 4000 I'm @ 43.0.
