I'm not as big an advocate of juicing anymore, especially long term for most people. Long term might be beneficial for those morbidly obese.

The site I get most of my diet advice from that I trust the most dissuade from juicing and other forms of calorie-restricting and instead advocate eating in abundance of the right kinds of whole foods which as I mentioned is basically eating how Bonobo chimpanzees eat; fruitarian. No species in the wild calorie-restricts. They all eat in abundance when food is available.

The site I recommend is a vegan site, but I'm not strictly vegan and you don't have to be as well. Bonobos aren't either! It's just a good site to start learning how we are supposed to eat in my opinion.
