Veterinary medicine seems better at healing (for economic reasons)
Allopathic medicine seems better at treating just symptoms (for economic reasons)

That's why I like Dr. Joe Wallach and the pharmacy that doesn't require prescriptions the local feed store and sometimes Petsmart.
