i did not get this odor gradually. it was sudden. it was fast. it just happened when i was 13 or 14 like something in my body clock got turned on and caused me to smell.

while diet does affect my odor, i dont think it can cure it. i may eat raw vegetable for many years and my smell would be lessened but the moment i start eating meat or whatever it will come back.

so please dont assume that everybody here is feeding themselves with junk food. many of us here probably just have enzyme, metabolic, digestion issues and no amount of diet can cure that.

i do agree though that almost all quick fix products out there are scam. unless you actually are deficient in certain minerals/vitamins that is causing you to smell. i've read people get rid of their odor with zinc supplement.
