It is HLA-DR but it is only done through labcorp. It is the test that is done for patients receiving transplants to ensure they will not reject the new organ. You get a series of results and you have to interpret the codw. There are 54 possible results and 6 of them result in impaired ability to clear biotoxins.

The best explanation for all this is in surviving mold.
