Red spots have too. Its one of Candida non albicans - my is Guilliermondi.

Only balanced diet work for me.

Na/K 2:3 in daily basis with meals.
Mg/Ca 1:2,5 ....
Cu/Zn 1:7.5 up to 1:9,5 - TRY 1:8-1:8,5 with 15-16 mg zinc and 1,8-2 copper. Those two control all human candida and some other yeast.
