There will be a cure for managing or completely curing TMAU by 2015-2016. So if that's what you have look forward to it. Awareness has tripled since the mid 2000's and bigger grants are starting to go to mebo and other Tmau organisations.

By saying stuff like I'll never be cured or I'll be almost dead time they find a cure is not doing any favours. Change your attitude towards the problem.
Say whatever it takes, if you want to get better tell yourself that.
You WILL be cured ;)
