Ratios are most important, than rest stuff.

I eat too much spices who have more copper then i think.

So 1:7,5 - 1:9,5 for Cu/Zn is good.

Candida and Copper/Zinc is all about. No sugar, no carbs, no fat, no antifungals, no all other shit. No Diflucan, no coconut oil, no Citro - ALL ARE WORTHLESS in my case (non albicans candida overgrow).

We have winter here, so raw food kill me, SUMMER GO RAW, yes !
