Hi

1:8,1 also not working. I take 5mg zinc this morning(around 1,6 assimilate) to rise my yesterday ratio to 1:8,7. Today i decrease millet intake from 50grams to 25grams and increase 50gram white rice to stay at 1:8,7 ratio, lets see.
