I had it in my ears (eustachian tubes) and sinuses for a long time. A couple of years. I tried so many things to clear it out to no avail.

What eventually got rid of it was taking large amounts of vitamin C together with drinking ACV a few times a day.

My theory is that the vit C and ACV brought the pH in my sinuses and ears down low enough that the candida couldn't survive anymore. Candida thrives in an alkaline environment, and actually makes the area where it overgrows even more alkaline (vicious cycle).
