Good find, Marie. I hate how she makes AFS sound more like an annoyance than a serious illness. Many articles do this, unfortunately. Like rest is all you need to get better.

I think I started out having AF and it progressed into CFS. I have almost all the hallmark symptoms of Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome and have been diagnosed with it, but I also have all the classic severe AF symptoms too. Many of them overlap, that's why it's so confusing.

All these conditions seem to gel together, and when people ask me what I have I don't even know what to say!
