I will do that! I do add Sea Salt to everything but havent drank it for a while so will give it a go....I pee every 20-30 minutes anyway,but ill monitor it more when trying more magnesium! Looking forward to receieving the hair test results just to see whats going on...its been almost two weeks, I cant imagine the UK ARL are that busy so should be soon hopefully.I emailed Thersa Vermon as well as im not convinced the uk practioner i ordered the test through..
