I wish I read your question before you went for you test - I would have recommended an easier solution.

I am sharing my personal experience on Candida in my blog.

I had it for, funny, I think I wrote in the other answer for 40 years instead of more than 50. I never think about my age. To me it's a relative concept.

Anyway, you'll find a ton of info in my post. However, a thought occored to me this morning, so I edited my message to you - do you think you're not getting enough sleep and are under stress. I quote Luise Hay's knowledge of emotional side of the Candida.
