Hi WIredgeneration,

Are you restless at night or just can't sleep?
I suffered 15 years ago with those sleepless nights that is when I must have been high cortisol..it was like just can't shut those eyes...or mind off. Until I started to change over and retain fluids..had no clue why back then but now low cortisol.

Have you had a salvia test done to see when cortisol is low?
